Ingredients (6 servings):
- Potatoes 1 kg
- 6 pieces of bacon
- Corn oil to taste
- Eggs 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips. Fry the potato sticks in a deep frying pan. Give excess oil to drain, ready to salt the potatoes and place in center of dish. It is important to keep it warm.
2. Drain the oil from the pan half and heat it again. Put in a pan and fry the bacon it 4-5 minutes until brown. Take the bacon from the pan, drain off any excess oil, and then put it in the dish around the potato, like the rays of the sun.
3. Fry eggs. Put the eggs between the «rays» and immediately bring a dish on the table.
